We can see clients by phone or in office. We have many clients nationally and internationally. FaceTime, video-conferencing, Skype etc. are also available options.

Unfortunately not. Effective March 2017, insurance will not be covering any consultations, services or testing. However, certain blood markers and bone density screenings that we request through your physician are covered by your health insurance.

At NCB, we offer elevated integrative therapies and treat each patient as an individual. Each of us has different body biochemistries, imbalances and goals. During an initial 75-90 minute consult, we ask MANY questions covering goals, expectations and multiple body systems. We then individualize testing, supplementation and education as needed. We also strive to work as a team with your primary care practitioners and specialists. Our goal is to get to the root of the body weakness or imbalance to give you optimal health, energy and prevention.

We use evidence-based, gold standard testing within the practice.

Saliva and urine specimens to assess hormone and/or neurotransmitters
Blood specimens to assess food sensitivities, fatty acid profiles (omega 3,6,9) & other markers
Hair samples to assess mineral status and heavy metal toxicities
Iodine spot for thyroid functioning
Stool testing for GI issues, bacterial or fungal overgrowth

Yes, the initial client/patient fee is required as we spend 75-90 minutes thoroughly getting to know the patient, their goals and health history. However, we do offer certain workshops (Hair Mineral Analysis Clinics and the Omega Testing Clinics) and the 12 Week Nutrition Program where the initial $499 patient fee is waived and you are considered and existing client/patient. These are a great value.

We have a 72 hour cancellation policy. If an appointment is missed, the total amount of appointment scheduled will be charged. During the 12 Week Nutrition Program, all weekly subsequent 25 minute appointments must be scheduled out. If an appointment needs to be rescheduled, it must be done within the same week.

We do not offer a payment plan. We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards. We also accept payment using a Health Savings Account (HSA) card.
